Guardian Fighter(PvP end game): Halfling or Dwarf?

Differences between races:
Dwarf: 10% DoT Resistence, 20% resistance (Knock and Repel)
STR: Damage/DoT resistance/Guard Meter (15~18% All)

Halfling: 10% CC Resistance, 3% Deflect (Final: 15~20% chance deflect).
DEX: Deflection(5~7%%) - AOE resit/Resistance ignored. (15~18%)

Both have Constitution (CON)!
Now what? PvP (Ice Wind and Domination) what would be the most suitable breed?
Note: human is an option, but compared to these two do not see it as being viable and Synergistic!

    The academical answer: halfling
The practical answer: reroll a TR
English is not my first language.

By this logic, everyone should get TR. ^^
Neverwinter is more than TR, see the rank of TOP. ;)

GF is resistant yes! However resistances and extra survival means make much difference to the "end game" in pvp! :)

Come on guys, I hope more of you than messages like "reroll TR", unless only the beginners have been responding. : /

I get it that all of you are afraid to TR! And to lose TR constantly!

Let's focus on the GF (Guardian Fighter) because it has a lot more potential tank/aggressive based on race and status that it will evolve.

Remember that neverwinter are also numbers! ;)
    Ex .: CAPs

    Short answer:Halfling

    Long answer:Halfling, dwarves are useless.

In my eyes, for aggressive gameplay would be best option Tiefling with rolls:
    STR 13 INT 8
    CON 20 WIS 10
    DEX 13 CHA 12

however since we will obtain another 10 feats in next module, I will probably stick with Halfling.

But what makes you within the status, the halfling is the most suitable, as important as the opinion is why!

All indicate Halfling for all classes, but Warlock is not and find the halfling (only because ods 10% resistance to control).
