The summoning portals have been removed as an asset from the Foundry.
Curious how this will effect existing foundry quests. I use these legitimately in quite a few of my quests, and if they get removed I'm going to have to rework half of my foundry works. It's also going to destroy most of my future ideas that involve stationary enemies of any sort. Wouldn't a better exploit fix be to change the imps to not drop loot from enchantments?
Either way, can we please have Deathknell shards or some other stationary encounter if these are going to get removed?
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
Well, the difference between old players and new players will be more marked. Now more than ever. New players like me, who are struggling to make epic our artifact equip, will be more penalized. The change is right, but it would have been done since Mod 1 lol.
Let us able to sell rp items again, at least prices wont be so high..

First green weapon in mod6 has better dmg than the artifact weapon so...
Hate the changes in the foundry, why must we, legit authors, get penalized for what exploiters do? aren't there any other ways to prevent exploits than to penalize everyone?

As a player, not an author, I really dislike the fact that my gameplay experience is dictated by dev actions against those that aren't playing the game as designed.
I guess it's reality but one that I despise.

Hardly touched foundary, too time consuming with little rewards. The story could be interesting but could be very annoying if not designed well.
End result is, unless you like reading storys, dont touch Foundary! Now, if you play foundary cus you like reading the story, why would the reward matters anyway, its the same crappy reward :O
Couple of things.
I am still unable to connect to the preview server this morning.. still get a server timed out... Is it still down??

From what i hear, the Devs had already implemented a 2 min CD on drops from the summoned imps in portals already.. The exploiters use 3rd party program to set up some kind of autokey to allow the toons to run 24/7 in these RP foundries.
I wish the Dev's could find another way to resolve this instead of removing the portals.. I enjoy running multiple different foundries and to see a neat aspect removed is a bummer... I hope they will bring them back in time with some kind of a fix that dissuades the Farm bot exploiters from abusing all the great foundry creators wonderful works...

For instance, cryptic could turn off XP and Loot for these portals and all summoned creatures...

Understandable but ultimately disappointing. I guess it falls into the 'this is why we can have nice things category'.
Finally. It was fun while it lasted, though. Making only one active at the time is a little unnecessary, but oh well.

If the developers can see the number of legendaries made each day, they are going to be seeing a sharp sharp decline now.
