Suggestion for Reaping Strike change

I think most, not to say all, GWF-s would agree that the current Reaping Strike is a rather useless skill because of low damage at the expense of long windup time that compromises mobility and offers little protection. Now, where many ask for increased damage, I would like to suggest another approach:

SUGGESTION: Increase the damage reduction buff (I don't know what the current mitigation percentage is, but testing on live showed negligible effect). At 1/2 channel time, make the animation uninterruptible and award a small amount of temporary HP. Keep damage as it is - it is lower then the alternatives, which is fine since the skill is supposed to be a defensive tool. Even a slight damage nerf would be OK with the added defensive utility.

These changes would distinguish the skill as a viable defensive option and would fit really well with the life steal and regen nerfs coming on mod 6, as it would allow GWF to tank better with proper reaping strike timing. It would also make GWF tanking more skill and timing based compared to spamming unstoppable as it used to be before the nerf.
