Just learned dullist flurry bleed procs shadowborn, the strongest damage boost in executioner tree!!! switched to mainly sly flourish 4 ever now lol. W/O shadow born you cannot lashing blade 150ks on dragons and get 200k SoDs 
I think this is kinda a lame mod for PvE TR, duellist flurry should be best dps at-will because those bleeds add up to a ton of damamge on high hp monsters and it just doesn't synergize well with shadowborn at all lol since any tick or damage done in stealth will proc it, so its a wasted feat unless you use sly flourish all the time!
