Class Features
The following class features will become available at 60 points.
Oppressive Darkness - When you enter stealth you deal Piercing Damage to all foes in a 25' area. Rank: +10% Damage.
Talisman of Shadows - When you enter stealth you Daze all foes in a 25' area for 2 seconds. This duration is halved on players. Rank: +1s/0.5s
Feats
The following feats will become available after investing 10 paragon points into the corresponding tree. Feats previously available at 10 points have been moved to 15, those available at 15 have been moved to 20, and so on.
Saboteur:
Grinning Steel - Attacks from behind your target have 1/2/3/4/5% more chance to crit. (Known issue: The tooltip text currently on preview may be inaccurate)
Blood Soaked Blades - If a foe you have recently damaged dies, you gain Blood Soaked Blades, which causes your attacks to deal 20/40/60/80/100% of your weapon damage as bonus Physical damage.
Scoundrel:
Back Alley Tactics - When your AP is empty you deal 5/10/15/20/25% more damage. This bonus diminishes as you gain AP.
Master Infighter - You take 2/4/6/8/10% less damage from melee attacks.
Executioner:
Final Moments - A nearby foe dies you gain Final Moments which increases your movement speed and critical severity by 5/10/15/20/25%.
Deathknell - You deal 8/16/24/32/40% more damage to foes below 30% HP.

All-Consuming Curse - Your critical strikes now have a 33% chance to apply Lesser Curse. Rank: +33% Chance.
Dark Prayers - While you are below 30% health you gain 5% Damage Resistance and 1% Life Steal. Rank: +2.5% Damage Resistance, +1% Life Steal
Feats

Fury:
A - Infernal Wrath - Your Lesser Curse also causes the target to have 1/2/3/4/5% less damage resistance.
B - Helltouched - When a foe deals damage to you they become Helltouched for 10 seconds. Foes who are Helltouched take 2/4/6/8/10% more damage from you.
Damnation:
A - Mocking Spirit - Your Soul Puppet now deals 200/400/600/800/1000% more threat.
B - Spiritfire - Foes near your Soul Puppet now also take damage 10/20/30/40/50% of your Weapon Damage as damage every second.
Temptation:
A - Dark Revelry - When your Life Steal there is a chance to gain Revelry. Revelry increases the Move Speed and Power of nearby allies by 4/8/12/16/20% for 5 seconds.
B - Soul Breaker - When a foe dies within 30' of the Warlock, a random nearby ally gains 2/4/6/8/10% of their AP.
Mn why are they making TR even more OP and SW even more useless??
can u notince a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEE difference between the feats?
Sw 5/10% TR 5/10/25/40/100% man guess i'll gear up my TR it'll be unkillable next mod. if now a TR hit kill anyone, think on next module with 40% damage boost and 25% more severity and also + 25% mov, wich means even if u manage to survive the first stryke, u'll die on the 2nd, so pvp will become 5/5 TR's only already 2/2.

and we have seen that they rarely change it, a lot of ppl told them about mod4 cw/hr or mod5 tr, or how pathetic mod4 gwf is, did they listen ?
