Fatal Error occurs when trying to log onto preview.
Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code
(DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while checking sync query.
Technical details: Sync query 12 0x12d4c980 GetData == 0x887a0005 0 F

D3D11 Device removed due to DXGI_EROR_DEVICE_HUNG 0x887a0006

This only happens on preview since latest patch.. Do I have to many copied toons that I can not delete so it crashes when I attempt to log into character selection? If that's whats causing this how do I delete toons without being able to log on? Or is it something to do with my graphics card and will only getting a new card fix this issue?
Ive played since Beta and never had this issue until this patch...

    Intel HD Graphics aren't really a gpu but a work around that uses the cpu as a gpu. I think playing it has always been unsupported without a real gpu but I won't swear to that. It does however look like a dx11 problem so you could try running in dx9 to see if that changes anything.

    Thanks. I know preview is down right now. But. How can I change the options while on preview.. if it will not let me into the game to do so.. I have it changed to dx9 on live.. but in order to change the options on preview, once again, I need to log on to get the display options.... any way around this?

    I think you can pass a -dx9 option to the client thru launcher options. I do not however know the exact -x command that is needed.
