Bug: Points in anything not saving after respec.

Not sure if is a class specific or game wide issue. Nothing will save after a respec. Not sure if its locked out campaign boons, unrefunded lvl 60 new class features locking out the saving.

I dont worship multiple gods and am a TR. This occurs on any TR i copy -> respec -> cant save any changes.

I havnt tested other classes.
