10 minute IP ban for bad log in lasts hours?

This morning during a server issue I was logged into the forum and game client at crash time. This was the second crash in just a few minutes. When I tried to return to the forums and relay the info to the crash thread that had started up, I received the message "you have failed to log in too many times. Your IP address will be banned for 10 minutes."

After 6.5 hours now and no lift of the IP ban, I am now sitting in the public library using theirs.

I have refreshed all browser history, cache, cookies, etc.....

I CAN log into the game and play, and Gateway is working fine. I can even log into the Arc homepage and Arc client on home PC/Laptop, just no forums on any account.

Please help.

    Reboot your router, so you get a new IP that is not blocked by the forum. It works for me, when i get the same error.
