New level cap!?

I have a topic of discussion: I wonder what will happen to "extra experience" when the new level cap comes into play? Will it automatically be converted to the new xp? hmmm

    I expect that the answer is that no it will not.
    You will earn your ten new levels and then keep accruing it.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    was about time for some new content with some lore hope to see quest with movie intro like "SPELL PLAGUE TOWER where u had to help and kill Lt.Linkletter" we need this type of quest to not be so linear and booring.
    And im a little concerned about Artifact equipment and artifacts, what will happen with them? they have no level requirment atm but new purples will be for lvl 70 so they must advance in stats too
