20 regular feats:
T1:
3 in toughness +9% hit points
3 in weapon mastery +3% crit
T2:
3 exemplar's haste 6% encounter recharge
5 light's shield +2.5% DR (or 3 and 2 more in DA)
T3:
1 divine attunement +2% incoming healing
T4:
5 in force of will +1% crit per charisma
This means vs human I'm missing out on 3 in steadfast which would be 1.5% hit points per con. This is check my math time. I'm not sure what base HP pool is at 70. I'm guessing 35k? With dragonborn I'm staring at 18 con. With human I'd start with 16 con. That gives me +4 or 5% more HP starting (I guess per voltomy it depends on even or odd) and also 1% more DR. I also have the 5% incoming healing. With human at 23 Con, that is 13 over 10 which means a bonus of 13*1.5%*35kHP = ~6800 HP. If we're talking ~120k total with new gear, that's less than a percent of total HP anyway. If my math is right, but even if it's off, it would have to be waaay off to make a sizable dent in total HP. Human does get 3% defense, but that is clearly trumped by dragonborn's 3% in both crit and power.
