If it remains 24%, we're gonna need more ArP since diminishing returns has different softcap at different levels. The higher lvl you are, the more stat you need to reach a certain percent of crit, DR, resistance ignored etc. Wondering how they solved the softcap problem in general tho.

If they change the formulas on stats they don't have to change the % on mobs. So if X ArP = 25% change the curve so now it's on 20%. No idea if they will do something like this but there you go.

If they wanted to do this, they wouldn't have changed the level cap to 70. Most likely all diminishing returns will be adjusted for the stat increase.
