Dragon`s Hoard Enchantment

Hello everyone!
Huge thanks to CRYPTIC! They reduced drop with Dragon`s hoard Enchantments again. So tell me guys how people have to get points to get orange artifact stuff if you can drop like 50-100k points per day?! WTF?! No, it`s Cryptic. Let`s help new people, let`s reduce drop, let`s make all refine drop untradeable... Mabye soon we will have to buy refine points from ZEN SHOP only? Anyway, even with drop like that you have to get around 30kk points to get all artifact stuff orange, which takes around 6-9 months to get it. Nice. And every 4-6 months we get new Module with new artifacts... SO?! LET`S BUY ZEN TO GET NICE STUFF! Sound like pay to win?

    Umm, there was no patch today so it would be pretty hard for them to have reduced anything today.

    Drops are server side.

    And from what I've seen they can't adjust such things without taking the server down.
