it does look liek some of the necrotic Damage Feats are actually proccing creeping death. that seams to be whats causing all those tiny 1 damage Creeping death procs, from Executioners Gift and such.
I still have not confirmed if Weapon enchant damage can proc it or not.
I didn't make an extend research, but after the patch where Cryptic said that they fixed Terror enchantments not proccing CD, I run a couple of eLoL and my total damage on Paingiver was about 3M more using PVorp than using PTerror. So, even if it's fixed it doesn't match PVorp.
The thing is that on my GWF the damage of Pvorp and PTerror is roughly the same, which doesn't make much sense but saves me to make another PVorp :P

Maybe the amount of critical you have between those two characters makes a difference.

I was very certain that none of the Weapon Enchant Necro Damage types were procing CD, not that it would matter much, it would likely add \such a pitifully small amoutn of damage that it would be worthless

It would add 172+ damage per hit with a legendary weapon. This compared to vorpals damage increase is not that great. However it would mean that it it adds more damage than the 108+ that a GPF would add. This means that for those that want to play more of a debuff role with their enchantments it would be a more valid choice.
While I would probably stick with my vorpal even if terror worked with CD, having terror be viable with CD is not a bad thing.

yah i feel the same way with this, before my buddy gave me his P Vorpal to play with for a while, I was using a LEsser PF which was helpful to the group and required less armor pen on my end.
Problem here though is that a CD proc off a Terror Proc, would most likely only be 1 damage lol

It's the same, 35%. Once I reach that number I stop stacking critical
Gloom level 60 Control Wizard
Dusk level 60 Trickster Rogue
Dawn level 60 Devoted Cleric
Eclipse level 60 Hunter Ranger
Wrath level 60 Great Weapon Fighter
Jinx level 60 Scourge Warlock
