possable ID on the bug of the Siege of Neverwinter

Now Lag is always an issue no matter what we do. But the Siege of neverwinter is getting awful. People are hopping instance just for dragons dispite the 3-5 mins of dragons spawning on any of them at any given time both with events after and events and randomly. But they are just not happy with this. (i've put a ticket in about it as well today) This hopping in and out is like loging in and out its like the DOS "Hack" on websites Anon have been in the news for where you refresh something so much that the server overloads and goes down for a time. I beleive this is happening in neverwinter at the moment not as a hack but because people want to kill only dragons. The only fix I can see for this is on the Siege map Lock down the instance jump thing to 6h or 12h preventing people from realm hopping just to kill dragons that drop the same as all the other heroic events, there by taking some of the load off the servers.

Thats not the only issue turning up its random names on enemy NPCs and things like mail boxes where its a number like (exsamples only not exsact numbers) "C03nfcan0 Dragon cultist" or "e390fgo8n Mail box"
