How to use Cube of Augmentation?

I have equipped a Golden Dragon's Courage weapon rank 36 and a Cube of Augmentation in my inventory. Er, not sure how to use it or if I can until a higher rank?

    To change the passive it buffs, you need 4 cubes.

    You cant use it on a weapon, it will only work on an off hand item.

    You need 4 cubes to unlock a random passive power on either Mainhand or offhand Artifact weapon.

    You need 1 cube to reroll the number of an unlocked bonus stat (range from 100-400) on an offhand Artifact weapon (only available at rank 35+).

    Right-click on Mainhand/offhand artifact weapon, choose 'Manage Artifact Power' to use those cubes.
    You say 4v5 is impossible? Cool story bro.
