Lockbox Keys

I have read where people used to be able to sell the lockbox keys on the AH. When did this change? Or is there something else special I need to do to be able to auction a lockbox key?

    Keys were being used as a trade currency to avoid the duties, posting them on the AH wasn't really the problem, it was people using them in lieu of actual trade currencies that got them set to BOA forever.
