Smoke bomb broken?

Hi, everyone. I am wondering why my level 3 smoke bomb only deals 80 to 130 dmg to mobs? Is this a bug?

Yeah, it's a bug that happens when you fight scaling monsters with the red skulls instead of the numerical level display. Makes smoke bomb pretty much worthless when fighting dragons in Icespire and stuff or when doing CTA type content.

It was reported in the past, but hasn't been fixed yet.

Worse bug of smoke bomb is that it has 1-2 second delay which makes it perfectly useless in pvp since everyone who knows how to play dodge it.

useless in pvp? Stop lying please. If you use smokebomb and a gwf and gf were attacking you they would get dazed. If a gf does block the smoke bomb he will have to go out of the smoke bomb and wait for the effect to be over. This in incense grants you a period of immunity from dailies and encounters. It is tactical;y genius. No other class except the cw oppression forces has this effect. So stop with your lies because i have fought and seen videos of how effective smoke bomb is.

First of all i'm not lying as you are lying yourself that you have anything to say about class you don't even play. Writing here on forum of class that you don't play look ridiculous. Smoke bomb is of any use only against gf, but for rest class is useless if they know how to play. Ahh and one more thing is that i saw gfs running fast out of smoke bomb so it won't affect them but that manoeuvre is too hard for you that is why you are here complaining in forum of class that you have no knowledge how to play.

i have knowledge of your class as proved in my recent post as you agreed with it. So how did i lie again? and how am i complaining? i am just here you tell you that you are a liar and you agreed in that aspect as well. You said that smoke bomb "is perfectly useless in pvp" and now you say it is suppose against gfs. Well i can tell you from recorded videos and twitch videos that it is usefull against gwf and hrs also. Just like when i use flourish or crescendo on a gwf when i know he doesn't have enough determination to break out of the cc is the same way a rogue can use smoke bomb to his/her advantage. I am not here complaining about smoke bomb but i can't stand your lies man just stop lying that's all i ask. Most of use don't think smoke bomb needs a nerf but you don't have to lie about its effectiveness.

When timed properly smoke bomb is fantastic, and yes even the seasoned PvP players sometimes get caught by it.

Does it kill people? Not really, but when placed effectively it can buy you and your team enough time to finish an opponent, or at least regroup.

if you used an items to transmute your weapon and are fighting lvl scale monsters
then smoke bomb will only do the damage of the transmutes original damage instead of your weapons original damage.

i would say u guys are full of * ... I have a transmuted weapon and have had no problems with smokebomb at all .. dragons or current siege event. SB never leaves my bar. *some* players may have problems with smoke bomb but it isnt because of transmuted weapons. (unless it's a certain time period u transmute them since mine are from CTA Battle for the Bridge event)(no, I dont have artifact weapon yet.. )
