Racial Contact should NOT be this hard to find! Stormraven

Can someone please provide me with a screen shot and direction on how to locate Celebryth Stormraven?

I have looked darn near everywhere around Dying Howl and I can not find her.

EDIT: never mind, I found her. Some how I over looked her sitting right beside the camp fire. -rolls eyes-
A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
"Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

    If you're talking about the elf racial quest in Vellosk - just look for the ! above her head. It's also on the zone map.
