Vault of the Nine

I know how to get there, but havent made it yet. And now I'm curious, with it looming around the corner for me.

When you reach the 2 chars in IWD for the vault of the nine, I have a few questions that need to be answered. (what, that sentence doesnt make sense)

1. How does one obtain the artefact from vault of the nine.
2. How many aretefacts can one character obtain.
3. Are these artefacts account bound or character bound(obviously bound, since they dont appear in AH)
4. When you reach the artefact stage of Nine quest, do you get a choice from ANY of the artefacts, or only your own class artefact?
5. Are all class artefacts available once nine is reached, or only the ones you have classes of? And do those classed need to be 60 and access IWD, just 60, or just have them in your char slots?

As far as I know, any character can get to vault of the nine. You just have to have 2 characters to 60 and access to IWD, meanign two characters with 10k GS and 3 boons from either sharandar OR Dread Ring( dread ring being much easier and faster)

    1) Complete the quest from Jaraxle in IWD. He'll send you back to PE to talk to Neverember, who will send you to the Sleeping Dragon Bridge for the actual quest.

    2) As many as you have completed the quest for (e.g. if you've completed the quest for a DC on your account, you'll be able to claim it on all characters on that account).

    3) Character bound, however, any earned artifacts can be claimed by all characters on your account at the Reward Claims Agent (Level 60 tab)

    4) You get the artifact for the class that you complete the quest on. Again (point 3) that artifact can then be claimed by all other characters on your account.

    5) Once a new character on your account has cleared the tutorial, they will be able to receive the quest "Friends in High Places" from Sgt. Knox. They will then be able to claim any class artifact that any other character on the account has earned.

    1) Once you have two characters in IWD, a Drow in the Hook, Line and Sinker will provide you with a Quest to go see Lord Neverember. It starts there.
    2) You get a Sealed Artifact Coffer from the Vault. Turn that in to Lord Neverember for your Class Sigil.
    3) Character Bound. However, each character on your account can claim one from the Reward Claims Agent.
    4) Only the Sigil of your own class.
    5) Only the Sigil of the class that has run Vault of the Nine becomes available. Other characters on your account can claim the Sigil via the Reward Claim Agent, but only those Sigils that you have unlocked via running the specific class through Vault of the Nine. So, if you've finished Vault of the Nine with a Cleric and a Hunter Ranger, the DC and HR Sigil become available to all characters on your account.

    Edit: Too slow :(

OK.. first off, congrats on getting 2 characters to that point. :D

I'll try to answer the best I can:

    1. At the end of the Vault, there is a coffer that you recover from a chest. You bring this back to Lord Neverember in the Halls of justice and it unlocks the sigil for that character type. (i.e. Trickster Rouge gets the Sigil of the Trickster, etc.)

    2. A character can only get one artifact at the end of the quest. But, if you unlock more than one sigil, you can go to the Rewards claim agent in Protector's Enclave, and get the sigils from your other characters. they are located under the Claim 60 tab.

    3. They are account bound.

    4. See answer 1. :)

    5. Yes, for each character that you run through the vault ONLY. So if you do not have say a Cleric, then you can not get the Sigil of the Devoted.

    Hope this helps.

    Have fun! :D

EDIT: Oh well... slow response :(

    1. just finish the quest
    2. 1.
    3. BoP, so character bound
    4. Nope. you only get access to your own class artifact.
    5. You only unlock the artifact of which class you used to complete the quest. GWF unlocks only GWF artifact etc. They do become available for any other character on your account at the rewards claim agent, regardless of class.

    1. just finish and its a reward chest pick, like water, lantern, catalogue?
    2. ok, thanks
    3. how do CW have DC artefacts and such then?
    4. Again, 3
    5. Oh....so if I finish on my DC, then any character on the account can get a DC artefact from the claims agent? Does this means I need to get every class to IWD and do vault of Nine to get any class artefact?

Edit- NVM, typing this up, it was all answered like 3 times over. Thanks all. Usefull Info...

Now I just need to get a hunter and CW to IWD for their artefacts on my main.

5 - u get the quest on both, do the vault and the king (or what ever the guy on top of the town is) give u the artifact of your class, u get the and do it on 2nd char king give u the artifact for your class.

then on top of the town u have an npc name reward agent (if not wrong), o talk to it, go on lv60 tab and u can get the artifact of the other char.

for every char u made on that account the artifact u already got on Vault of nine will be available there. (so if u open a 3rd char slot that char will have the 2 artifact of the 2 class u did vault there for u to pick)
