Action Point Gain - display error or not working

Hey,

today I play a little bit around with items that give + Action point gain.

What I found out is that under the number werde your Action point value is shown in the caracter sheet, the % value of the gain raises up, if you put more points into Action point gain.

But under Action point Gain were the % is shown, there is no difference.

I have currently 35,4% Action point with 730 stat points in Action point Gain, when i reduce the stat points to 200, the % value is still 35,4%. But the difference should be -4,8% because 730 points = 7,4% and 200 points = 2,6%.

Anybody else mentioned this?
Is this only a display bug, or is it worth to stack stat points in Action point gain?

Incoming heal is easy to test- take damage and check you regen ticks. You can see the original value, then the modified value from incoming healing bonus. I have about 30% and it works. Artifacts add to the display but other things like companion active bonus, the ToD boon and dragonborn don't, but they add to the actual heal.

Bump for the same problem. I'm using Heart of the Black Dragon artifact and in Action Point Gain I can see 400 which contributes to 5% APG. However under Offensive and Healing section my action point gain doesn't change and keeps saying 0% + the same value as before.
