Enchantments bound to character?

I just noticed a bound silvery enchantment (rank 4) on one of my toons. I don't know where it came from.

I hope this is a bug and not a sign of things to come.

Has anyone received a bounds enchant too? Where did they come from?

    Hi

    Got one from the gifts that you give to the group members in Winter Festival, so I suppose yours come from there too.

    Yes, probably it came from one of the bags that Gift of Simiril can drop.
    But bound enchants are also dropped as a result of Fey Blessing Enchantments, so if you have one of those you'll be seeing a lot of bound enchantments.

    That makes sense. I think I got it from the gift and didn't notice. Since I don't use Fey Blessing enchants I'm not used to enchants being bound.
