Disciple of Strength modifier

hello,

i am trying to figure out from where do i get my intimidation dmg and my numbers just dont add up.

i have 10989 power, 1.06 extra dmg for encounters, 26 str and 2 points in disciple of strength(4%). My dmg on a dummy ends up 8211 non crit.

my first problem is where does disciple of strength go in:
Damage = C1* (1+(STAT-10)/100)* ((1+WD*0.000846)* (0.9+rank/10)* (1+power*0.00006))?
is it:

1+[(STAT-10)/100)*(1+DoS)] or is it 1+(STAT-10)/100)*(1+DoS), (first option would be my pick, but i want to make sure)

second: What is the rank part for Intimidation, is it rank=5, 3 or 1 ?

i miss a 4% modifier with my first option and i have no ideea where that is coming from, but is always the same at various power lvls...

seems that it is:

(1+[(STAT-10)/100)*(1+DoS)])*(1+DoS) from my intimidation tests. did play with various levels of disciple of strength and this fits.

Would be nice if someone can confirm this . My interest is getting a fair view of this cause it is very important in picking the right belt as they do cost a pretty good amount of ad.

From what I have read and tests others have done, it seems that 2 points in disciple of strength is the same as 2 points in strength.
