Is this BOE or BOP when dropped in kessels retreat?

    If it drops from Kessel, it's BoE. Not sure if it actually shows up in the chest, but if it does, that one will be BoP.

    I've never seen this drop from the boss, but I did get one in the chest once -it was BoE when I did.

    It only comes from chest there and its BoE.

    Thanks. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting effort trying to get the artifact using one toon that can access the skirmish for another toon that can't.
