Chilling presence for Masters of the Flame

Id like to point out that Chilling presence class feature is not applying bonus damage to Smolder/Rimefire on Masters of the Flame, thus greatly reducing potential damage output. I already pointed out that problem on test server before mod5 but since it looks like i was ignored im doing it again.
