Is the Jewelcrafting profession rings atleast bound to account?

Are the high tier rings you can craft bound on account, or would I have to level it up to 20 again on all the characters I want to craft the rings for?

    While I haven't finish leveling it yet, the tool tips say that the personalized rings are bind on pickup so I'd say you'll have to level it on each toon. Which isn't that big of deal with the gateway anyways.

    The rings you need to make the personalized rings are BoE, but the personalized ones are BoP.

    To get the precursor rings, you'll need mithril assets, or just buy them off the AH. The BoP ones can be crafted without the need for special tools...they succeed 100% of the time.
