Winter Festival: Shower of Lights

Last year, there was a nice item in the Simril Store: Shower of Lights.
It's a nice way to waste Stars of Fortune and avoid some farming.
Apparently it was a bit bugged and now I can't find it in the store.

Will it be added later or has it been permanently removed?

We didn't get access to those until the festival height. Wait for the final week of the event and I'm sure they will make a return.
