Tiamat Encounter Bug

I had just done a Tiamat Encounter with all of the tiers unlocked. It was at about 6 minutes left, and only 2 seconds left on defeating the heads when we had finally killed her. When we killed her, the game had gone back to the cleric phase, and we lost, even though we had killed Tiamat. We had received nothing at all for winning the fight because the game had bugged. If this is a bug, it really needs to be fixed.
