'New' Necks Are Still Bugged

I decided to change my Drow (Menzoberranzan Renegade) TR's appearance yesterday, because I was getting tired of the old face. I didn't notice so much in the Tower of Alteration, but it started sticking out immediately when I started mounting and wearing armor: My character now has an extendable, absurdly proportioned neck. It telescopes when she looks around (extending and returning to a not-completely-ridiculous length over and over).

What manner of horror is this??

I should note I made the neck as short as possible. I would rather have the overly large eyes and low detail skin of the original face back than this horror.
