A lesson for all

I felt a need to share a recent experience as a warning to others that this happens. Before I recount I'm not looking to solve my problem here I have a ticket etc I just felt this could help someone.

I logged on earlier today and was a little baffled that I was in protectors, I was sure that during the early hours of the morning I left it at the festival but I did fall asleep at the screen (I'm sure I'm not the first or the last). Anyway I start going through the motions, professions, mail etc. I'm probably a casual player I log on once a day in game and a few timess on the gateway, I only really have my HR, have played since mod3 I usually buy a few thousand zen a month for some lockboxes. As i check my items it dawned on me something was amiss. I only had three bags. My 30 slot and 24 slot were missing. I then saw my items were mostly gone. I had a load of email about some auctions I'd won???? I begin to realise I'd been hacked and literally my heart sank. as I look further any rare/epic assets had gone, I had more than a fewall my astral diamonds all my enchants from my weapons over 1000 trade bars basically everything that wasn't bind to account. I'm honestly shocked and gutted. I'm sure this has happened to people before but I really don't get why someone would ndo this. I'm hoping it gets sorted, in the mean time I'm just gonna hang around the festival and watch the x2 weekend pass me. I can't do much with it now as my 5 dragon hoards enchants are gone. If people are interested I will update on how it is/isn't resolved.
