Ok I dont know where to put this or who to talk to but i have pm'd the person i was supposed to more than once.
I understand that it takes time except others ( days after) have received their prizes and this person hasn't even acknowledged the fact that i pm'd him. Little frustrating.
Just let me know what i am supposed to do.

    This is something you'll either have to wait for a response for or take it up with Customer Service. Not going to keep this open for it to continue to be used as flame bait or to insult staff.
