Get Bonus Rewards from the Zen Market

i spend a lot of zen in Zen market at the day of the event, it say 18th will be given reward but i dint see any reward in my character and also reward claim agents , is it a bug?

    Im in the same boat as you, and its **** hard to try and get them to send you anything but a automated reply to a message. I hope that they fix this or im done with the game.

    If you have not received your items by the end of the day on Monday, please contact support. Be advised that the FIRST response you get is an automated acknowledgement of your ticket, but that is not to be considered the resolution to your problem. Tickets take anywhere from 1-3 days for a reply, depending on workload.
