GWF Destroyer's Purpose update did not make it in last build

Seems like this modification never made it to live. And looking at a bug report on the Preview section, may have not reached Preview either. Posting screenshots below. Screenshots were taken on 19DEC2014.

Feat description unchanged in tool-tip


Still getting 20 stacks. No visible dps increase.


GWFs, especially Swordmaster/Destroyers can use every buff they can get, to even stand a chance at balance. Please investigate/fix/respond. Thanks.

P.S. Could not find a new thread on this. Only other thread seemed to be on Preview shard feedback section. Apologies if I have missed anything else.
