Tiamat bug - we need compensation

Hello,
i'm playing Neverwinter for about 10 months, and never complained. But now, it's starting to be really annoying. We played Tiamat, I did not receive any reward after the defeat by Tiamat. Many players didn't recieve rewards today on 18 december. With all problems and lags we have, to not get the reward, i think this is really wasting of time. I still think that Neverwinter is the best MMO i ever played, and i played many, but i think i will maybe change this game for some other if we don't get some kind of compensation.
A second issue is that i can't post a support ticket on arch official site, it saying:"Category - Please select an item under Arc Support"

Some to enlist:
1) Tiamat head (most time Black Head) disaper and doesn't take any damage.
2) After defending the Clerics, next round doesn't show up.
3) Killed Tiamat in right time, but be defeated.
