Well of Dragon question

Just started playing my GF again, he played a few ToD quests but not many. Now the WoD is here and the Harper gave me the same 4 quests for ToD and a quests to start WoD. I did both today but there is a lot of time involved. Should I finish ToD or move to WoD?
