Twin scorpions not dropping loot

Today at epic lair of lostmauth we killed both scorpions at the same time and no loot has been dropped,no blue gear,no epic,no seals and also no coins...nothing at allRest of the run was allright just rubberbandig little.

    This happens if everyone dies while fighting them. Even If there is some auto-resurrect feature, if whole party is dead for split of second, scorpions disappear and you don't get loot.
