New to foundry want to start making a map but can't?

Hi every one,
I wanted to start making foundry maps, never did it before, from my understanding you need to click the foundry botten in the bottom of the log-in screen.
Now when I try to do this the botten is grey and when I cross the mouse crosser over it and says "The Foundry becomes available once you progress a character to level 15", all my 8 characters are level 60.
Is it a problem with my client or is the foundry disabled or am I doing some thing wrong?

the foundry is uniaviable at some random times, also at the beginning of each new module, but it should be aviable now. try to log out and log in again?

Sometimes it does that when you start with your characters then switch to foundry (from what I've noticed anyways).
Try logging into one of your characters then going back to the character screen again or closing NW down and reopening it. That usually fixes it for me.
