Tiamat lightning breath circle does not show when "Visual FX quality" is set to low

This needs some more confirmation, but I'm pretty sure this is the case right now. You can often see people getting killed by the lightning as they are unaware of the attack coming.

    Dying from 72k damage without knowing when to happened... It's really annoying, Thanks for posting this one here

    Yes, I confirm that. I play on lowest settings and never see that one coming.

    Man, thanks for figuring that out. I, as many others, have switched to minimum settings due to the HAMSTER lag in Tiamat and got one-shotted out of nowhere.
