Paragon point Bloody Brawler for Trickster Rogue does not work

So I did some thorough testing today and I realized that the paragon point bloody brawler, in the scoundrel build of master infiltrator, that grants you .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% increased life steal DOES NOT WORK. I first tested it out in the preview server by respec-ing my character SEVERAL times. At the 5th time, I confirmed that IT DOES NOT WORK. It doesn't even give you 2.5% life steal of your current life steal stat which I wondered about because of the dread ring boon which gives 3% increased deflect severity which I think is really useless (It gives 3% of your Deflection severity bonus, So for tr, 75% deflection severity will become 77.25% deflection severity)

So I gave the bloody brawler one last chance and it was to no avail....Please fix this bug devs.

You actually get the +2,5% LS if you put the points in the other L1 feat (the +2,5% deflect one)!
