i've read a lot of chats in zone that they reward is not given after defeating tiamat, now for the 1st time i have encountered this issue not receiving a reward after killing tiamat and it is a really really pain in the ***.
Time of Battle:
Tuesday, 9 December
1:00:00 a.m(GMT - 8:00)
Instance: #1
so after not receiving the reward, i switched instance to see if i will receive the reward but to no avail. we still had 5min left before tiamat battle is over and after i switch to a different instance and then wait for it to CD and then open the instance changer again, i noticed this:
instance 1 to 3 is gone, so my THEORY is that probably we weren't given the rewards since the instance is gone. So basically it didn't register that we killed Tiamat.
PS: This is just a theory and might help with the investigation. I'm no dev but additional info that might help solve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes even a low instance can be bugged.
At any given time there can only be one instance with bugged rewards.

There is no method of avoiding being placed into one when you enter, but there is a foolproof method of telling if you loaded into a bugged one.
A bugged instance will have no loading time. You will simply go right in without any delay at a loading screen. This is because the instance doesn't have to be generated, it already existed so you just go right in.
If you take a bit to load in, with a loading screen that sits unmoving for a moment before going on and then depositing you in, you are in a good instance. You can, of course, still fail horribly if your instance is full of stupid or you get hit by Cleric progression or head not rising bugs, but if you succeed you will get your Linu's Favor.
If you enter and get a bugged instance, simply turn around and leave and re-enter. You will most likely get a working instance the second time. If you queued with a guild or as part of insta-queue to try to get a low instance, you'll have lost that, but at least in a working instance there's a chance of reward. Better a lesser reso and a bag of coins for a loss than nothing at all for a win, since the chest contents have never once been worth using a key on for me.
ETA: It was instance 2
This has happened to me as well. Three "fresh" instances in a row. All took their sweet time loading in. At the end of the raid? Yep. NO reward. THREE IN A ROW. Are the people at Cryptic just giggling about wasting our time or what???
To fix this after finishing HE go up to the stature and jump down then you will get some minimal score .
An you will get the reward.
