Where's the information about Weapon & Offhand Artifact Equipment Refining?
Like I don't have one yet, but it's looking like I will soon get one. Like I heard we can't use Enchantments & Runestones (why is that)? And we can instead use Level 60 Blue items? But how much does each Blue item give (Belt, Necklace, Weapon, etc.)? What about Green Items?
And gamepedia doesn't seem to have any of it. I've played this game for months now and I've never even SEEN Black Opal or any other things that give high Refinement Point drop.

This is on gamepedia since start of mod 4.
Concerning black Opals, do you have dragon hoard enchants equipped?
I do not.
Blue Items (same item type) 600 RP, (not same item type) 300 RP
Purple Items (same item type) 2100? RP, (not same item type) 1050? RP
Same item types means using a weapon in a weapon artifact or using a belt in a belt artifact.
Note: Some weapons do not give the double bonus effect, mostly all the Blade equipments. Rogue daggers and Ranger offhands even tho marked as Weapon, only give 100 RP no matter which artifact they are used on. I believe this is due to the fact they could be equipped off-hand. The new off-hands may give double RP for these items.
You need Dragon Horde Enchantments to have a chance to get drops from enemies such as Pearl, Peridot, Aquamarine, Black Opal, and Artifact Equipment Runes.
