Pls increase Gs or increase Time limit for Tiamat Encounter!

Please due to lack of proper tools for proper co-ordination, please consider increasing Gs requirement to enter, or increase the time limit it takes to fight Tiamat. this also mean increasing the time given to form party to atleat 5 minutes, until you guys can bring in better better efficient ways to form party.
It not fair when a 10k-15k Gs party has the same amount of time as a 16k-20k party.
Success on this Raid is dependent on the instance in which you get thrown in, if you're unfortunate to get thrown in an instance that full of 10k gs players there is literally no chance of you completing this Raid within the time limit no matter how co-ordinated you are.
