I'm not sure how the two additions to the SoD capstone supposed to work, but looks like damage reduces stealth regeneration bar, at all cases, before SoD, during, after. So no effect here.
And the +20% stealth recharge speed, there is no noticeable change in speed, with the feat, without or after SoD applied to an enemy, always takes 9 seconds for the stealth bar to replenish.
Damage is still supposed to reduce your stealth bar. Shadow of Demise clearly states that damage does not stop the stealth regen, which it doesn't. However for the recharge speed, I too have noticed that it doesn't appear to be doing anything.

I referred only to damage taken when regenerating not when in stealth. Either I don't understand what it does or it doesn't working.
A simple test in WoD, I go to a mob, hit him with the lightest attack i can from stealth (pick a bigger mob), and stand still and let him hit me while the bar regenerates. Each one of his hits reduces the regen bar a bit and it goes up again. It's clearly visible without tenacious concealment.
I did s respec of one of my TR into executioner and I noticed that SoD does not always activate on my targets but I cannot isolate any particular reason why. At first I thought that maybe there was a cooldown but that did not seem to be the case. Then I thought maybe certain powers would apply it and others would not but that was not the case so I am left not knowing why but still knowing that for some reason it does not always apply SoD to targets when attacking from stealth. Now I know that is possibly another bug but it could also be tied into this one in some way as I recall it different when I tried exe previously.

I did a bit of testing on this today, I found a similar issue with SoD not triggering, although I can't say if it's the same issue you're experiencing. I limited the issue to powers that break stealth before dealing damage, specifically Smoke Bomb and PotB.
These powers WILL work however if you enter stealth after activating them.

Yes, it was always a problem/bug with with encounters that drop stealth before doing damage, like smoke, it will drop out of stealth but the damage tick is not immediate (only next clock tick) and will not be in stealth and will not trigger SoD. Even when SoD stacked damage (first time the module went live) to trigger SoD from smoke you had to smoke->stealth and not stealth->smoke.

I thought that with the mod6 this problem would be fixed, but no... The bonus regen and the "protection" still doesn't work. Also, the SoD damage effect don't activate in every damage dealt while stealthed: I tried using the Path of Blades and enterging stealth and the SoD didn't activate.
When they will fix this bug?
