I created a quest called "A simple daily re-Quest" and I've published it. I'd like to use it myself and on alts for daily foundry rewards but no matter how many times I play through it the number of plays never exceeds one. I've also played through it on other accounts and still the same result.
My question is, is there something kind of restriction on how plays are counted? Currently it seems like plays have to be from a different ISP? If this is not the case for others then something is up...
My wife/daughter's account was able to play and review quests using the same connection, but different accounts. My tower is hard wired to the router, the laptop they use is on Wi-Fi, but we have separate game accounts. The plays increase every time the quest is played. The reviews increase every time someone chooses to review it after completion. Not everyone reviews every quest they play. Check to make sure you aren't looking at the number of reviews and not the number of plays.
