Profession (Leadership) assets vanished

I finished my leadership tasks and somehow the personnel I used (3 footman and 1 guard) got deleted/not placed back into my inventory/otherwise vanished.
I still have the weapons and armor for them but my personnel is gone.
I created a customer support ticket over the web interface. Do I also have to make a in game ticket/bug report about it?
Edit: Ok, looks like a bigger issue. Zen and AD is gone...
