Need PvP Advice

I have been out of Neverwinter for several months now. I come back after ranking 1-3 in PvP domination on the reg, to being super squishy. What do I need? I am equipped now with mostly profound gear. My GS is around 15k... 1500 deflect and defense.. 4k power.. and somewhere arounf 2k crit and AP.. any advice is welcome.. please..!
