missing mission from 1st day of Well of dragons.

I collected all of the first day missions. I left off Coffer collection and the Prison ones due to time and difficulty with the Prison Boss.
a few days later. I went back to finish them, the coffer one was there but I couldn't find the prison one. I'm **** sure I didn't delete it because I just leave dailies to collect if I don't have time for them.
I've put in a bug report ingame and by email.
I can't do any other missions in WoD because of the one missing one from the first day.
Any ideas how to get it back. I'm running out of things to get in Sharandar, dread ring and Icewind dale
