Warlock bug - Curse Consume

Curse consume is not always functioning properly particularly with regards to the skill "Fiery Bolt." I'd say about 50% of the time it acts as though the primary target wasn't cursed, even though they are. I tried to make a video of this to show what I mean, but with my crappy old laptop the quality is very poor, the colors are all wonky, and I'm not sure how you feel about links to file sharing sites on the forums. I've got the crappy video evidence with wonky colors if you want to see it though.

What happens in this video is you can see (clearly enough anyway) that I definitely apply my curse to the rightmost goblin in this little group of 4 goblins. I then immediately cast fiery bolt; the curse isn't fading because I wait too long or something. The primary target dies and the ones around him take less than the full damage as though the primary target wasn't cursed. They then run at me passing a lesser curse around as I kill them because I took that paragon feat that applies lesser curse to a nearby target when a cursed one dies. Since the primary target was cursed, they all should've taken full damage and died right away though. That's the entire reason I even use this skill while I'm soloing: it's great at instantly clearing small packs of trash mobs. At least, half the time it is. What's weird is that I can't replicate it every time.

Not sure if people already know about this or if maybe it's just somehow only me, but I didn't see it mentioned in the known issues.

Might be server lag, seems they've been having more of that than usual lately. Try waiting a full second or two after using your Warlock's Curse before casting Fiery Bolt. If doing so always results in the curse being consumed, then you'll know for sure that it's some sort of lag issue.
You there. New to the game? Feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you think getting to end-game is impossible for a casual player like yourself, or maybe you just need to be around a community that helps each other stay sane and competitive with the latest news, current trends, random chitchat and most of all LEGIT (that is, we try to keep things fair) gameplay. If you don't mind being around quirky people and the rare occasional drama (one of our prominent TR members is apparently a mafia godfather) join nw_legit_community at http://www.nwlegitcommunity.shivtr.com/forum_threads/2330542.

I've tried some more tests with this and so far I've come up with nothing. It doesn't seem to be affected by timing. Sometimes it works when I cast immediately and sometimes it doesn't. Same for if I wait a couple seconds first, works sometimes, not others. I thought maybe range was an issue, but again it works sometimes and not others both right on top of and far away from the target. The only thing I have found is that the issue NEVER happens when testing on the target dummies in PE, only even when I'm out fighting actual monsters. I really wish I could replicate this issue reliably so I could actually try to figure out a cause.

Have any other warlocks noticed any issues with curse consume not functioning properly?

    Noticed what? That this:
Fiery Bolt: The Curse Consume portion of this power will now work far more consistently and should always deal the correct damage now.

    isn't true at all?

    Yeah, I noticed that.

Hah. Well, okay. At least it's not just me then. It's a shame because that power is crazy useful when it does actually work properly. 5 little trash mobs standing close together die instantly, sometimes.
