Does anyone know if the retail prepaid cards get the 15% bonus?

    Unfortunately, they do not.

    Per the news article:

    PWE does run promotions from time to time specifically for prepaid cards. However, they are distinctly separate from the 15% bonus promotion for purchases from the above processors.
