By all means PWE give us 300k XP into 300 RP per lvl, that would be amazing; and honestly one of the most customer appreciated moves I could see you do.
But in reality, knowing your business model, and looking at RP you sell in the CS; that is kind of absurd from again your point of view.
1. This idea will save resources. You can use on bugs or more CS stuff if youd like.
2. Its a bit more realistic in the RP gain at least Id think in your minds.
Instead just do this.
An easier less coding fix would just be add opals, sapphires to the lvl up drop table and remove the lesser stuff and bam, same exact thing.
-since zerg is pushing for 300k lets meet somewhere in the middle like 150k RP item you can add. Still easy.
BUT hey dont let me stop you from letting us convert our XP at a conversion rate like Ironzerg suggested.
We can pretend.
