what i ask is about Fluid Hunter Feat that only give 2.5% defl change, it's just not right
Luck Skrimisher (3 point heroic feat) 3% defl change > Fluid Hunter (5 point paragon feat) 2.5% defl change
at least change it to 5% defl change or 10% defl sev

My HR has 50% without much effort. 40-50% not enough for you?
I think HR's are in a decent place. They are not going to just hold a node indefinitely now. They CAN be killed by less than 3 people. And good ones are still a PAIN to take out, and do great damage overtime.
I think the problem was, they did a TON of burst damage and DOT damage, as well as literally couldn't die (they could but 2-3x the effort was needed over any other class), they had more dodges, more encounters, and got the label GOD class.
So the healing was nerfed, instead of nerfing the DOT damage, they went with the Burst Damage, although a red glyphed rank 8-9, perfect wep enchant HR can kill any pug in less than a full rotation.
GF's can tank an HR all day as long as he gets a heal every minute or two, a fight vs a good TR is a bit off right now since bloodbath deals so much damage. BUT you can clear a CW or a GWF with little to no effort if you do it right. Granted, you may have to be off the node for a little while, and not just be invincible. SW's are no problem as maybe 2-3 people play them correctly, and no one can 1v1 a DC besides maybe a maxed out TR with DC artifact and the amulet for AP gain getting 2 blood bath's off to get through SF, and the capstone.
A lot of HR's are doing really well, so just keep working at it.

Well if you talk about DOT it's normal that dot damage > instant damage
if you take 10k instant damage with 9k hp then you will just drop dead
But if you take 10k DOT with 9k hp there is a change of fight back, regen,run into pot,use artifact,use pot, got heal by DC, or maybe kil your oppenent before die

Specifically, the 20 second duration is bullshi*, and GPF feedback-looping all throughout that 20s is simply cheesy as hell.
CA damage should only proc from direct attacks, not procs or DoTs.
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.
